EXMOOR FALCONRY & ANIMAL FARM
WILDLIFE REHABILITATION

Exmoor Porlock Minehead Quantocks Taunton Somerset Exeter Devon southwest West country south west England UK

Over the years we have taken in a number of small animals and birds of prey.  Many of these have successfully been returned to the wild, whilst others may be kept here at the Centre.  Occasionally we can also offer a 'rehoming' service for pets when it is no longer possible for the owners to keep them.

'Spindle' - Roe deer who decided to take himself back to the wild where he lived happily for over a year, and frequently returned to us to simply say hello.

Buzz - Common buzzard rehomed from the RSPCA.

Many buzzards which are often returned to the wild where they were found after their injuries have healed.

Also kestrels, sparrowhawks, and tawny owls.
'Pip' our own Tawny Owl was a youngster who was found next to his dead sibling on the road in Porlock at the age of about 10days old.

Other animals include pet rabbits and guinea pigs which we are usually able to rehome.
